Last night was a really busy night for the fashion-crazed Victoria Beckham, as fashion week started and the star had to undergo no less than three outfit changes during a single night out (we include here only the first two outfits, as the third was not that interesting or too out of the ordinary)! On the other hand, this was a perfect opportunity for her to prove that she does have a right to be included among today's fashion icons.
At the Proenza Schouler show, Posh came dressed in what looked like a kilt-inspired high-waisted skirt, matched with a white shirt. She would have looked impeccable and stylish, had it not been for those long leather gloves that she sported on the occasion.

Then, for the Marc Jacobs show, Victoria kept the shirt and changed the skirt for a very fancy and smart pair of pants. It seems the star had a thing for leather that night, as she added a very broad black belt to the whole ensemble, and the outcome was positively spectacular this time around.
Mrs. Beckham says going into fashion was her brightest career choice ever and there are only few who could disagree with her. But being a fashion icon sometimes implies something more than just dressing in style and buying clothes exclusively from the top-notch designers.
It's also something about one's attitude and Victoria still has some things to learn in this respect. She may be pretty (with all the plastic surgery and the help she gets from professional make-up artists, it's no wonder that she is), she may dress fancy, but her face always seems to ruin everything for her.

That's not saying that she's ugly, but more and more people find her tight-lipped or pursed-mouth expression just too annoying to look at for more than just a second. Maybe that's something she should learn. There goes the birdie... smile, Victoria!
