"Mario and I saw Agyness with her shoulder-length, slightly scraggy hair and thought she needed a sharper look. I cut it that day and bleached it the next and Agyness just ran with it. She hasn't looked back", revealed McKnight. And now, two years later, we can safely say that the model's haircut had an amazing effect on her career, making her androgynous figure, boyish smile and rebel look stand out.

"It was the first time in years that someone in the public eye had had such a radical haircut and Agyness's flout and androgyny made it fashionable. Her hair even changed the silhouette of the clothes she wore on the runway. It's a classic rebel haircut and if you've got the nerve to actually do it you can probably pull it off", McKnight adds.
