Sultan Kosen, the man who holds the record for tallest man in the world, has gotten married. His bride, Merve Dibo, looks tiny when standing alongside him.

You might not think it, but Dibo is actually 5'8" (175 cm) tall. For any standard, she is above average in height.

However, Kosen towers at a whopping 8'3" (251 cm), according to the Mirror. He has problems getting shoes, as he wears a size 28, but dating has not been easy either.

"How unfortunate I could not find a suitable girl of my own size. My fiancée is over 5'8" (1.75 meters) tall, but I believe I've found the person for me," he says.

Kosen is a Turkish farmer and he also holds the Guinness World Records for longest feet and biggest hands.
