Sudoku Gridmaster, also known as Sudoku Master in Europe or Puzzle Series Vol. 3: Sudoku in Japan, is a video game developed by Hudson for the Nintendo DS, and published by the company itself in Japan, and Nintendo in the rest of the world, released on March 23, 2006, in Japan, June 26, in North America, October 27, in Europe, and on February 22, 2007, in Australia.
Sudoku Gridmaster, like its name clearly suggests, is a sudoku simulator, where players need to solve over 400 levels of the famous Japanese mind game, ascending through ranks by earning stars and completing puzzles in a fast manner, by using the touchscreen of the Nintendo DS to navigate the puzzle and insert the numbers they think work best in the grid of the sudoku level.
