A high-school student in Clayton County has been suspended over posting a photo of his school's principal on Instagram.

As seen above, the picture was in fact a mug-shot of Jamille Miller Brown, and he discussed how she might have been booked for a DUI.

In fact, Brown was arrested for failing to show up to a court hearing on a speeding ticket. When she found out about what student Keandre Varner had done, she tried to get him arrested as well.

She couldn't get an officer to book him so she suspended him for four days. Following apologies by Varner, she then reduced the suspension to two days.

She told the school board how he showed the photo in school and argued with her when confronted, WSBTV reported.

However, the boy's mother disagrees, arguing that her son did misinform the students, and that this is the reason why he was suspended.
