A student at Southmoore High School in Oklahoma has been suspended over wearing a Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt to school.

Jeremy Alexander had a tagline dubbed inappropriate written on the shirt.

It featured a “Twin Peaks” logo and the slogan “Save the scenic views.”

Alexander tells Fox 25 about having school officials ask him to change the shirt. His refusal brought on the expulsion.

"They tried to tell me to take it off but I refused to change," he says.

Alexander argues that the school has sold "save second base" and "big or small save them all" shirts before.

However, the principal claims that he has had no idea about them being sold, adding that they have been pulled.

Southmoore Senior Deric Winters, the shirts' designer, has decided to take his shirts to the local Twin Peaks Restaurant. Owners have agreed to sell the clothing there and donate the proceeds.
