Jealous of his money?

I know many of you thought that you could make some cash out of selling your World of Warcraft weapons or currency, but apparently, this is against the law (if you are a Chinese student).

After making 150 million yen-US$ 1.3 million, out of this kind of transactions, Chinese student Wang Yue Si, age 23, was busted. He was using an auction site for selling these in-game items, but apparently this sale was restricted by his student visa. Yeah, I must mention that he was living in Japan on a student visa. I don't know the Japanese law, but as I read from an MSN news material, you have to be a Japanese resident in order to do such transactions.

Wang was apparently in violation of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Law - or they were jealous of his earnings. But you would ask yourself, how did the authorities find out of this "illegal" transaction? Wang has to thank a Chinese bank clerk who became suspicious of him as he was sending large sums of money back home on a regular basis. He alerted the police and the rest is history. So, kids, be very careful if you plan on doing this! Take care of your visa first!
