Search giant Google has quietly updated its Street View application for Android devices. The application that it part of the Maps navigation software received a minor update that fixes a few bugs.

Although Google did not unveil any details on the bugs fixed with this minor update, we recommend users to download and install the update, so they can take advantage of the latest improvements included.

Those who have yet to use this application should know that “with Google Maps Street View, you can explore the world at street level. See popular landmarks, check out places you want to visit in your hometown or far away, and take a virtual trip around the world.”

Street View on Google Maps 1.8.1.1 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
