If you are a fan of RPG/RTS games, here's your chance to test one more

Stranger, the RPG with RTS elements, is going to be published by Fireglow Games in North America starting the 3rd of March 2008 and a demo of the game can already be downloaded HERE. This game offers, along with the single player campaign, a multiplayer mode for up to 8 players to test their fighting and magical skills against each other or divided into teams.

Indeed, the game comes with an innovative magical system, allowing to change tactics with ease during battles in a simple, yet effective way. But it won't be all about the magic in Stranger, since the classic, brute force troops will be also available. So while testing units like infantry or archers you will be the one who will decide if you prefer magic or just might.

The single player campaign will keep the players busy for more than 30 hours, which is quite OK since the multiplayer mode will also add valuable hours to this game's life. In single player, we will have three different heroes, each with its own combat and magical preferences and it seems that when they'll meet and form a squad, hell will break loose.

Another interesting part regarding Stranger is the game world: its universe is inhabited by over 100 different types of monsters and also individual and intelligent tribes, which can be your allies and your foes. And if this is not enough and you consider the game too difficult or, better said, too hard to master, Fireglow Games has already prepared some summary cards which show heroes with descriptions of their combat skills, magic and tips about playing for that specific hero. What could you want more?

If it is a demo, as I said in the beginning, we have it too - just download it here and start testing. The 3rd of March is close and there's only one way to decide if you'd like to have this one or you'll say "pass".
