An Apple family Cloud account may help a man get back his stolen iPad, as photos of the thief are being streamed to his iPhone.

According to 9 News, Allen Engstrom from Arkansas left his device on a flight to Denver, and was convinced he would never see it again.

However, either the thief or someone they sold or gave it to started uploading photos of themselves in ridiculous poses.

“Apparently the pics she is taking of herself are backing up and appearing on my phone,” he describes.

The selfies look like they are meant to be uploaded to Facebook, and may help identify her. A Google Image search has returned no relevant results so right now Engstrom can only hope that someone recognizes the woman.

Unfortunately, the tracking function on the iPad has been disabled, and he has no other way of locating it.
