“Breaking Bad” fans must be on the edge of their seat with anticipation for the series finale but one man might have undone all efforts to keep the ending a secret. The script that was stolen from Bryan Cranston’s car is still missing.

In December last year, Xavier McAfee reportedly broke into the actor’s car and took various items, including an iPad and a script for the final season of the show. He’s been arrested since and will answer for his crime, if found guilty.

While AMC and several names on the show have already denied that a script was also among the items lifted from the car, KOAT reports that the script is still out there and will probably surface at the worst moment possible, perhaps even ruining the finale for fans.

“Court documents reveal one of Cranston's employees, Taryn Feingold, was contacted by a confidential informant. That informant detailed a local bar conversation, where a man was bragging about how he broke into a vehicle at the Sandia Crest, and had an iPad and script from the ‘Breaking Bad’ series,” KOAT writes.

The script was never recovered, which (obviously) means it’s still out there.
