14 DAY TRIAL // Stitcher, Inc. has released a new update for users of its Radio app, targeting drivers in particular. The updated Stitcher Radio includes a new Car Mode, as well as other cool features.
The app’s interface has been simplified to allow you to “safely and easily control Stitcher while driving in both portrait and landscape orientations.” To enter Car Mode, users simply tap the Stitcher Logo at the top of any screen.
The front page has been redesigned to list news headlines from your favorite sources, while the new sleep timer offers quick access via the player screen. To set the sleep timer, tap the equalizer icon while listening.
The update further includes faster playback startup for shows you've already started, and a new wizard is included for newcomers. The usual bag of fixes is also present.
