Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is the headline speaker at next week’s Apps World event in San Francisco, according to the organizers.

The two-day event is expected to attract more than 8,000 attendees looking to get “the latest insight into the multi-platform apps ecosystem.”

Apple 1 creator Wozniak will be sharing his industry experience with developers at the event opening dubbed “Developer World.” The show will kick off at 9.10AM on February 5.

Wozniak’s keynote address will be followed by a live Q&A session where the audience will get a chance to pick the man’s brain.

“I’m delighted to be speaking at Apps World, sharing my experience of 30 years in the mobile and computing industry, as well as learning from and feeding off the passion and enthusiasm of the app developer community in attendance,” said Wozniak.

Ian Johnson, MD of Six Degrees, who organizes Apps World, chimed in to say, “We’re delighted to welcome Steve, Paul and Kristian to this year’s event, giving their perspectives on the mobile app ecosystem.”
