Reports are starting to emerge with claims that former Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, will make an appearance at the event scheduled for tomorrow, October 4, at Apple’s Town Hall Auditorium on the company’s campus in Cupertino, California.

The reports in question indicate that Jobs is ‘expected’ to attend what has been described as an intimate affair with only 250 available seats for select members of the media.

Tim Cook is to preside over the festivities featuring the introduction of at least one new iPhone.

The newly-instated chief executive will most likely be aided by fellow colleagues Scott Forstall (on iOS matters), Phil Schiller, and perhaps other Apple buffs.

Steve Jobs has shown no signs of getting better during his post-cancer medical treatment, this being one of the main reasons behind his resignation as Apple CEO earlier this year.
