Steve Jobs: Co-Founder of Apple

is the title of an upcoming comic book by Chris Schmidt with cover art by DC artist Joe Phillips.

The book will chronicle Jobs’ career, iLounge reports.

“Admire him or hate him, Jobs’ vision and business acumen revolutionized the world,” said writer CW Cooke.

“Between he and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, you would be hard pressed to find someone with greater influence over how we communicate, interact and do business over the last 30 years,” Cooke added.

Titled ‘Steve Jobs: Co-Founder of Apple,’ the book will be available in comic shops, bookstores, as well as from online retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and others.

Over at Amazon.com, Steve Jobs fans can already pre-order the $4 comic book. The giant online retailer also offers a brief description trying to entice potential buyers:

In related news, Apple’s CEO, who is currently on medical leave of absence, has agreed to have his official biography published by famous writer Walter Isaacson.

It is called iSteve: The Book of Jobs, and Amazon is selling the hardcover version for $18 with an expected delivery date of March 6, 2012. The Kindle edition has not been priced yet, but there will be one available for download on the same date.
