Microsoft’s outgoing CEO Steve Ballmer has an approval rating of only 47 percent, which means that less than half of the employees want him at the helm of the company.

New statistics rolled out by Glassdoor.com and published by the Washington Post indicate that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg still leads the charts with a 97 percent approval rating, following by Twitter CEO Dick Costolo with 96 percent, and Google CEO Larry Page with 95 percent.

Unfortunately for Ballmer, it seems like he lost the support not only of the company’s board of directors, but also of the staff he managed for so many years.

Ballmer will leave Microsoft in the coming months, as the board is still looking for a new CEO that’s supposed to complete the company’s transition to devices and services and ensure profitability on the long term.
