SteelSeries Brings Gaming Mouse and Keyboard for WoW Players

As most of you gaming enthusiasts out there already know, Blizzard is expected to officially unveil the next major expansion of its highly successful MMORPG, World of Warcraft. The Wrath of the Lich King is one of the most anticipated releases of this year, as over 10 million subscribers worldwide are anxiously waiting for the new features enabled by the upcoming expansion. On that note, it appears that gamers should also be looking forward to several new products from gaming peripheral maker SteelSeries, which are designed with World of Warcraft players in mind.

 

The company, known for releasing a series of products for all gaming enthusiasts out there, is planning to unveil a new mouse and keyboard that are designed to offer WoW players an enhanced gaming experience. Both the World of Warcraft gaming mouse and the limited edition Wrath of Lich King SteelSeries Zboard are already available for pre-order, and should become available in time for the release of the new World of Warcraft expansion.

When speaking of specifications and features, rest assured that the new gaming peripherals from SteelSeries are far from your basic mouse and keyboard. As they are build with gaming in mind, both the mouse and keyboard deliver several features to help gamers have an overall better gaming experience. The WoW mouse boasts 15 programmable buttons, and has over 130 predefined commands for drag-and-drop macro creation. In addition, it also comes with 16 million illumination choices, with 3 intensity and pulsation levels that will most certainly make any of the potential users stand out from the crowd.

 

With the Lich King Zboard, SteelSeries has designed a gaming keyboard that can provide two USB ports and anti-ghosting feature that can allow for up to 7 simultaneous keystrokes, in addition to one-touch macros for raiding and PvP gameplay.

 

Price-wise, you can already pre-order the new gaming peripherals through one of the company's websites for US$99.99 and US$69.99 for the mouse and keyboard, respectively.

Stay away from SteelSeries if you can, Idealzon was great, but Steelseries has nasty customer service.
