SteelSeries continues to shock us all with its outrageous gaming peripherals and accessories and today has just announced that the advanced Sensei mouse released earlier this year is now available in a special version that was developed together with Team Fnatic.

This limited edition design packs all the great features that were introduced in the Sensei mouse, but is now available in a new orange, black, and white colorway all spiced up by a new Fnatic logo.

At the heart of the Sensei stands the same 32bit ARM processor allowing users to set the sensitivity of the mouse from anywhere between 1 to 5,700 CPI, which is paired with an 10.8 megapixel image sensor capable of capturing up to 12,000 frames per second.

Thanks to this powerful configuration, the Sensei is able to record even the slightest hand movement, but users who fell the need for even greater sensitivity can also setup the mouse to function into a special “overclocked” mode that can double the precision all the way up to 11,400 DCPI.

All these are packaged inside a non-slip, metal casing that suits both left and right handed users, and it connects to the computer through a gold-plated USB port.

“We sponsor and work with a number of incredibly talented professional players and are proud to say that the Fnatic team is part of that family,” said Kim Rom, SteelSeries CMO.

“We have been supporters and collaborators with, as well as fans of, the talent that makes up the Fnatic squad for a long time now.

“We felt that it was the perfect time to introduce co-branded peripherals – that their players helped us design, regularly use and win with – to their immense and passionate fan following,” concluded the company’s CMO.

The Limited Edition Fnatic Sensei mouse is available now from the company’s online store and its MSRP is set at $99.99 or €99.99, depending from where you buy yours.
