Assassin's Creed Unity and Fable Anniversary are on sale too

Day 2 of Valve's Steam Holiday Sale has quite a few AAA titles, though the discounts aren't that impressive because most of them were launched this year.

Considering that you can get better deals on these major titles through other channels, we could say that it's a bit of an uninteresting day for PC gamers from this perspective.

Still, those who really want to shop on Steam and can help themselves from getting every game they think is worth their time may want to prepare their wallets as the following deals won't come that cheap at all.

One of the most interesting deal from day 2 is 2K's Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, which has been discounted by 50%, reducing the price to €24,99 ($24.99). That's decent enough for the game that has only been launched for a few months now.

The semi-broken Assassin's Creed Unity is now on sale and PC gamers can purchase it for no less than €40,19. That's 33% off the retail price, which doesn't make it such a good deal judging by the mixed reviews the game got since its release.

Next in line, Ryse: Son of Rome is on sale as well for half the price, €19,99 ($19.99). Those who don't mind playing a game that gives QTE a new meaning may want to add this to their libraries.

Only a few games included in Featured Deals have a decent price

One of the few gems that got selected for the Featured Deals today is Valkyria Chronicles. If you like tactical RPGs I can't recommend this game more. If not for rather awkward controls ported from the console to PC, Valkyria Chronicles would have been perfect. It's on sale for 25% off, so you can get it for only €14,99 ($14.99).

Fable Anniversary is 50% off as well, so fans of the franchise who missed it at launch can take advantage of this deal. The game is available for €15,99 ($15.99), which might be a good price for fans.

Another great game that's been on sale numerous times before is Batman: Arkham Origins. You can get it for the next 2 days for only €3,49 ($3.49), that's a 75% discount.

Killing Floor has a 75% discount as well, while Castle Crashers is the cheapest game included in Featured Deals at only €1,19 ($1.19).

Last but not least, Digital Confectioner's rather unique title Depth in which you play as a shark or a diver, is 40% off (€13,79 / $13.79).

Six new games have been added to Flash Deals with the deepest discount

Moving on to Flash Deals, there are currently six games with the deepest discount possible during this sale: Galactic Civilization III, Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director's Cut, The Legend of Korra, Space Run, Guns of Icarus and Spacebase DF9.

Also, don't forget that you can vote on Community's Choice as well. Current choices are Rage, RUSE and Cities in Motion 2.
