An additional 50 games have been given the go-ahead by Valve's community semaphore service, Steam Greenlight.

The list includes the usual mix of mostly 2D platformers, along with some horror-survival titles and a few more-or-less classical adventure games.

Standing out from the crowd is utility application Hero Voicer, a nifty app that can make you sound like an angry orc, damsel in distress or a few other classical personas while chatting with your online mates.

Another piece of useful software is 2D/3D CAD program SolidFace Professional, which seems like a both lightweight and strong modeling tool.

Colorful 3D platformer CATDAMMIT! Director's Cat, 2D action-platformer Angvik, puzzle game KTBG: Kill The Bad Guy, isometric vehicular combat shooter Matador, 4X strategy game Predestination, MMO vehicle shooter Steam Battle, and colony simulator Unclaimed World seem to be the most promising titles.

The full list of Greenlit titles can be browsed on the February 5 batch page.
