Steal Princess is a video game developed by Climax Entertainment and published by Marvelous, in Japan, Atlus, in North America, and Rising Star Games, in Europe, exclusively for the Nintendo DS, released on July 28, 2008, in Japan, May 19, 2009, in North America, and in March, 2010, in Europe.
Steal Princess is basically a platformer with lots of puzzle elements, in which players need to explore large areas that are divided into smaller levels that usually take just a few minutes to complete.
Players need to defeat lots of enemies, activate various switches in order to unlock all areas within a level or reach the exit, as well as uncover various secret items or treasures that help them progress through the story.
Steal Princess players also have a special puzzle creator, in which players can build their own challenges and then share them with others through the Nintendo DS' Wi-Fi connection all over the world.
The story of Steal Princess follows Anise, a master thief who accidentally triggers a booby-trap within the palace of the old demon king. She escapes, just barely, thanks to the help of a fairy called Kukri, who takes her to Albion castle.
In order to pay her back, Anise must once again infiltrate the castle of the demon, this time to save the princess of the King of Albion.

Ex maps
Earn the indicated type of medals in all of the 25 maps in each land to unlock the corresponding Ex map. Note: There are three Ex maps in each land.
- Ex1 map: Get all bronze, silver, or gold medals.
- Ex2 map: Get all silver or gold medals.
- Ex3 map: Get all gold medals.
