One of the easiest ways to keep a healthy diet and a hectic life is to keep your nutrition into great care. iambic has developed a special application called Health & Diet Manager for the Windows Mobile Pocket PC, which helps users keep their health status in great shape even when they're on the go. The application simply monitors health-related vitals, calories consumed and calories expended. This version of Health & Diet Manager is fully compatible with all devices that run on a Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC Edition, Windows Mobile 6 Professional Edition and above.

Before installing the application, you will have to download one of the two available files (desktop or .cab). The installation is done very smoothly either from your PC desktop or directly from the Pocket PC device. Health & Diet Manager comes with an extensive food database that includes menus from popular fast-foods such as McDonalds, Burger King, Subway. Furthermore, the database is fully customizable and offers users the possibility to add more of their favorite foods. The application tracks health-related data such as pulse rate, blood pressure, glucose and insulin levels, hours of sleep, and more, in real time, while on the go, and that is one of the highest advantages of this application.
