A new version of the application brings an updated Aero8 style

StartIsBack has received a new update this morning on Windows 8.1, so users running Microsoft’s latest operating system should deploy the new versions as soon as possible.

According to the official release notes, the new build comes with options to adjust transparency level and color of the Start Menu and the taskbar, while also bringing settings customize start apps folder icon or even hide it.

Thus using a multi-monitor setup are now provided with options to open Start screen on secondary monitor at logon, while also packing improved DisplayFusion compatibility.

Other new features include options to enable bottom-left screen corner to use original Windows 8 Start button when taskbar is on bottom side.
