Stardock Entertainment is going to announce three new games in the next 45 days, which will apparently be "bigger than anything" the company has ever done or published.

Brad Wardell, the company's chief executive officer, delivered the news via Twitter, and putting two and two together would indicate that he is planning to talk about the games at this year's edition of the GDC, at the beginning of March.

Stardock will most likely make the announcements in February, and the publisher has already confirmed its presence at GDC.

Before everyone starts getting excited about a potential Sins of a Solar Empire 2, let's take a look at some of the clues that Frogboy left on the Stardock forums.

A lot of stuff planned for 2015

According to the post, Mohawk Games is currently working on Offworld Trading Company, which is expected to go live on Steam Early Access sometime early this year. The game is scheduled for a full release in 2016.

Oxide Games is working on a new type of 3D engine build to capitalize on the power of the upcoming DirectX 12.

Stardock: Towson, the newly opened office, is working on Star Control, but the title has yet to begin proper development, as the company still needs to recruit a lead designer.

Mothership Entertainment is working on a game that will be released in 2016, but it could be one of the games that the mysterious tease is referring to.

Stardock Austin is working on Galactic Civilizations 3 and Sorcerer King, so there's nothing new coming from those guys.

BonusXP, a new development crew comprising many former Ensemble Studios members, will announce its first major PC game this year, to be unveiled before GDC in 2015.
