In case you didn't know, Star Wars Day is the annual celebration of the space opera franchise sparked by George Lucas back in 1977, and it's taking place this weekend, on May 4, in geeky homesteads worldwide.

In order to properly honor the rich Star Wars universe, Steam is offering a ton of games inspired by the epic space adventures, from throughout the ages, at 66 percent off.

Some of the games are already going for what is considered pocket change in the gaming world, so you're likely to be able to snag them by selling some Steam Trading Cards, which is not bad at all.

The weekend deal for the Star Wars franchise has something for everyone, from Star Wars Starfighter to Pinball FX2 – Star Wars Pack, featuring, of course, the classics, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic as well as Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

Considering that none of the games are part of the Star Wars canon anymore, one might wonder why bother with inconsequential space adventures that will one day be simply discarded because of, you know, reasons.

Be that as it may, the classic BioWare hit Star Wars: KOTOR has reached its lowest price point yet, which is reason enough for celebration.
