Star Trek's Captain Kirk Talks to Fellow Canadian ISS Astronaut Chris Hadfield - Video

We've been hearing about it for a few days now and it finally happened, Canadian actor William Shatner, who is still best known for his role as Captain Kirk in Star Trek the original series, got together for a chat with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield, who's currently flying above us in the ISS.

The 10 minute or so chat is now on YouTube, courtesy of NASA TV, so you can check it out in full if you missed it live.

It's actually quite an interesting conversation, it doesn't feel faked or staged, it's just two people talking, well, mostly Hadfield talking.

But that's because Shatner's questions are good as well, they're mostly things that most people would want to ask an astronaut, especially while they are on mission. It's a longer video than what YouTube has trained us to watch, but it's well worth it.
