Even though countless “Star Trek Into Darkness” trailers, spots and teasers have been released these past couple of months, they rarely include new footage: it’s just the editing that differs. The same applies to the new viral video.

Check it out in full below.

That’s John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch) talking and, though I wish I could unsee this, I can’t: the similarities are almost uncanny, right?

That out of the way, this new clip doesn’t bring anything new other than the treat that is listening to Cumberbatch’s velvety voice. The footage is the same we’ve seen before, now with some distortion.

That means that this is all director J.J. Abrams is willing to show us before the actual release, on May 17.

Will you be seeing “Star Trek Into Darkness” in theaters when it’s out?
