Star Fox Command is a video game developed by Q-Games in collaboration with Nintendo's own Entertainment Analysis and Development division, and published by the Japanese company itself for the DS portable platform, released on August 3, 2006, in Japan, August 28, in North America, September 21, in Australia, and January 26, 2007, in Europe.
Star Fox: Command is the fifth game in Nintendo's Star Fox franchise, but the first to ever appear on a handheld platform, and the first in the series to ever take advantage of online functionality, through the DS' special Wi-Fi Connection, which allowed players to once again step into the flight shoes of Fox McCloud and the rest of the crew in order to battle one another, while the single-player campaign saw Fox trying to save his home from the evil Anglar aliens, alongside his old team, by engaging in a series of aerial fights.
UNLOCKABLES
Alternate music - Successfully complete the game with all endings to change the title screen and main menu music to that from Star Fox 64.
Key Of Destiny - Successfully complete the game to unlock the Key of Destiny. This allows you to access new endings.
Play as Bill Grey - Take the path to start the "Falco To The Fore!" mission.
Play as James McCloud - Take the path to start the "Dash Makes A Choice" mission. James McCloud does not appear until near the battle's ending.
Play as Katt Monroe - Take the path to start the "Pigmas's Revenge" mission.
Play as Peppy Hare - Take the path to start the "Andross's Legacy" mission.
Hard mode - Successfully complete the game.
Super Hard mode - Unlock all four endings.
Gallery - Successfully complete the game.
Alternate The Adventure Begins level - Successfully complete the game five times, to get a more difficult version of The Adventure Begins level.
