14 DAY TRIAL // Stacy Keibler got married to Jared Pobre earlier this month, in a very intimate and secret ceremony on a beach in Mexico, amidst a lot of speculation about a secret pregnancy. As it turns out, the rumors were true because Stacy has just confirmed she’s expecting her first child.
The former wrestler previously dated George Clooney for a couple of years, with industry insiders saying that she might prove to be “the one” for him, the woman to get Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor to finally want to settle down.
That wasn’t the case, obviously.
She started dating Jared, a businessman, shortly after the breakup from Clooney and, while many assumed he was just the rebound guy for her, it turns out he was the man she’d been waiting for all along.
Stacy broke the happy news on her social media accounts, where she posted the photo above, of an actual bun in an oven, with the hilarious caption, “Look what we've got cooking! A Bun’dle of love!”
However, if there were still people who didn’t believe it, they will do so once they read Stacy’s gushing confirmation to People magazine. “More blessings!! We’re an elated family-to-be!” she says.
“I’m so excited for the new chapter in my life. I’m so ready for it. I feel for the first time like I’m really fulfilled and at peace,” Keibler continues.
People also spoke with the happy couple before they tied the knot in front of family and friends, and both Stacy and Jared talked about how eager they were to start a family by having children as soon as possible, so that couldn’t have been a coincidence.
Considering they have chosen to make the pregnancy public, Stacy is out of her first trimester most likely. The baby is due this summer, the celebrity publication informs.
As much media attention as she received during her romance with George Clooney, it seems that Stacy has found the perfect way to avoid all prying eyes now. Since she started dating Jared, she’s been flying almost completely under the radar and even managed to pull a fast one on the media and the fans with both the wedding and the pregnancy.
Meanwhile, her more famous ex, the handsome Clooney, has started dating Amal Alamuddin, a British lawyer who is currently representing WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. The Internet believes she might actually be the one to get him to settle down but, then again, we've heard that before.
