The Final Fantasy franchise features some of the most popular RGP titles in the game industry. This is one of the reasons Square Enix decided to go mobile with the games.

Up until recently, only iOS users could play the third installment of the Final Fantasy series, which was released in Japan a while ago.

The good news is that starting today Android enthusiasts will be able to play the Final Fantasy III game on their devices. The bad news is that the title is only available in Japan for the moment.

The folks over at DroidGamers claim that most of the graphics of the game has been completely revamped, while the story remains the same.

Japanese Android users can now download “Final Fantasy III” directly from Square Enix Marketplace.
