Sprint has just introduced the Sanyo Innuendo feature-phone in its offer, but hasn't made any public announcement regarding the flip phone. Manufactured by Kyocera, Sanyo Innuendo is a follow-up of the Sanyo Incognito, which was released by Sprint a few weeks ago

The device has a stylish and sleek form, and comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, and a mirror-like front.

Basically, the phone is a sideways clamshell that reveals its keyboard the moment you flip it.

Otherwise, its numerical keypad is hidden, as it is touch-based and features haptic feedback, as well as a proximity sensor that deactivates the screen when it is held close for phone calls.

Sanyo Innuendo measures 104 x 56 x 15 mm and weighs around 108g (including battery), which makes it a well balanced clamshell device.

The mobile phone comes with a 2.8-inch internal display, a 3.2-megapixel camera with video capabilities, Bluetooth connectivity, threaded SMS, support for microSD cards up to 32GB, and GPS receiver. The sales package also includes a 1 GB microSD card.

Its innovative external keypad glows thanks to the mirrored-finish, and completely disappears when it is not used.

As soon as you touch the keys, they will vibrate because of the haptic feedback feature, that helps users reduce extra or accidental taps.

Also, the phone is compatible with Sprint's OneClick user interface, Sprint TV, Sprint Zone services.

Sprint One Click lets users customize their Innuendo, so that can get instant access to Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo! & Twitter apps.

The Sprint Zone service enables users to access their wireless account, phone tips, news, a list of top apps and more. Access Sprint TV, NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile and Sprint Music Plus.

The phone will also be compatible with Sprint's Music Plus service, which offers users a place to buy the music they like bundled.

Sanyo Innuendo is Sprint exclusive and sells for $50 after rebates with a new contract.
