The handset will cost $149.99 (€113) on two-year contracts

Today, Sprint has officially confirmed the upcoming availability of the Samsung ATIV S Neo on its network on August 16, with a price tag of $149.99 (€113) with the signing of a two-year contract agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate.

The new handset arrives on shelves with a 4.8-inch touchscreen display, a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 16GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot.

Furthermore, the handset packs 1GB of RAM, a 2000mAh lithium-ion battery, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, front camera for video calling, and 4G LTE connectivity.

According to Sprint, this is the first Windows Phone 8 smartphone in its lineup to land on shelves with international roaming capabilities.

The handset also packs various preloaded camera apps, such as the Beauty Shot mode, Manga Camera, and a built-in Photo Editor, enabling users to edit, color, effect, decorate or share their pictures easily.
