In a few days we’ll see the two handsets go live

This weekend Samsung is going to take center stage at MWC 2015 in Barcelona where it is going to unveil the highly anticipated Galaxy S6 smartphone, which we have been talking about non-stop for the last few months.

We have seen the handset and its double-edged variant appear in a bunch of leaked real-life images, so we have a pretty good idea of what the handset will look like.

On top of that, the rumor mill has spurted out most of the specifications of the phones, but some aspects remain unknown.

For example, we’re not exactly sure what the redesigned TouchWiz interface will actually look like. We’re told it’s going to be much lighter and less cluttered, but apart from that we don’t really know what to expect.

Anyhow, most major US carriers have teased the arrival of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge on their network, by showing a shadowy image of a handset in profile.

Sprint will have a Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge promotion right off the bat

You weren't satisfied by that? Well, luckily a “verified employee” of Sprint took to Reddit to post what he calls a “better look” at the two upcoming flagships.

Apparently, the carrier is gearing up to put up a giveaway. Interested parties are invited to input their email address in order to be notified the moment the handsets become available.

If you do that and are lucky enough, you might even get the chance of winning one of the six Galaxy S6 devices being offered by Sprint for a limited time.

The leaked promo image also uses the “six appeal” tag which we have seen with the other carrier materials. Naturally, it could still be fake, but the chances of that are pretty slim.

The new Sprint image confirms that once again Samsung has failed to add any serious design innovation to its latest flagship.

The phones look like what you’d expect a Samsung phone to look like, nothing out of the ordinary. Samsung is probably betting on the metal build and improved functionalities it has added to sell the device.

Sadly, it appears Samsung fans will have to take quite a serious chunk of money out of their pockets to get their hands on the new phones. So the question is, will they?
