Says it is the only carrier to offer truly Unlimited plans

Mobile phone carrier Sprint has just announced the availability of a new video in the truly Unlimited advertising campaign it has been airing for the past few months, touting the availability of its Unlimited plans.

The same as other ads in the series, the new video is based on the same idea, namely that Sprint is the only wireless carrier in the United States who offers truly Unlimited plans.

The carrier is running an online campaign to raise awareness on its offering as well. In a recent post on Sprint's support forums, one of the company's employees explains what the new clip is all about:

Advertising online is titled “Warnings” and features messaging that warns consumers that if they have AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon and they download, surf, view, update – anything that uses data – they could go over their data limit.

The ads feature customized “warnings” tailored to match the content of specific sites.

For example, if you’re on a weather site you will be served with an ad that features a weather warning that says, “Do Not Be Prepared,” in the headline followed by, “With T-Mobile, checking the weather could push you over your mobile data limit.”

However, this is not all, as the wireless carrier has also put in place a series of video ads that will be delivered this weekend on network and cable TV.

In that clip, users will see a woman going about her daily life while using a phone. A counter will increase as she uses more and more data, stressing on the amount of data a person uses when doing basic things on the mobile phone.

The voiceover starts by saying “You’d be shocked how much data you use in a month,” and ends with the message: “With Sprint, you don’t have to worry. Only Sprint offers truly unlimited data.”

The video ad has been embedded below for your viewing pleasure, while specific info on the aforementioned “warnings” can be found on Sprint's website here.
