Major carrier Sprint has just announced it will expand its lineup of 4G LTE devices with four new products, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, LG Optimus G, LG Mach and Sprint Plug-in-Connect Tri-Mode USB.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is the same tablet that is now offered by AT&T, while the Optimus G was confirmed a few weeks ago, though the carrier wants to remind us this one will soon go on sale.

Anyway, the LG Mach seems to be an entirely new device that offers Sprint customers 4G LTE support and QWERTY keyboard.

According to Sprint, LG Mach is one of the thinnest devices to feature a slide-out QWERTY keyboard at only 12.1mm.

As expected, the smartphone comes preloaded with Sprint ID Pack featuring apps, ringers, wallpapers, widgets and more.

So far, Sprint ID packs currently include Green, Fashion and Beauty, E!, MTV Music, CMT and NASCAR Sprint Cup. Furthermore, the smartphone provides access to more than 600,000 apps and games via Google Play store.

Hardware-wise, LG Mach is equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

On the back, the phone sports a 5-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus and LED flash, while in the front there's a secondary VGA camera for video calls.

The phone packs a decent 4.0-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display and a 1700 mAh Li-Ion battery, which has yet to be rated by the manufacturer.

LG Mach is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and requires activation on one of the Sprint Everything Data plans starting at $79.99 USD/month.

Sprint is continually recognized as having one of the best device lineups in the industry and we are committed to bringing our customers 4G LTE to all the products they enjoy. We strive to be an innovation leader and this group of devices represent the continual expansion of 4G products to Sprint’s portfolio,” said David Owens, vice president of Product, Sprint.
