Offers five handsets for free on contract

Wireless carrier Sprint announced today that it had put in place a series of new deals for its users, offering them five popular handsets for free upon the signing of a two-year contract agreement. The offer will last only for a limited period of time, the operator added, also stating that it is only available online via its website.

The mobile phones that can be purchased for free from Sprint through the new offer include: - Samsung Reclaim, an eco-friendly handset that will be available with $129.99 instant savings until January 3 - LG Rumor2, available for free after $99.99 instant savings until December 1 - SCP-2700 by Sanyo,free after $79.99 instant savings until January 9 - Motorola i776w, bringing iDEN to users for free after $79.99 instant savings until December 1 - Sierra U598, delivering an ultra-portable, convenient and reliable connection to Sprint's Mobile Broadband Network, which is included in the offer until January 9 - Samsung Exclaim, priced at $49.99 after $50 instant savings and $50 mail-in rebate until January 3

At the same time, the mobile phone carrier also announced that its offering included handsets that could prove great options to any users. Thus, Sprint customers can choose between HTC Hero and Samsung Moment with Google, Palm Pre, and Palm Pixi, which run under webOS, the Blackberry Tour and Blackberry Curve from Research In Motion, or the HTC Touch Pro2 that runs under Microsoft's Windows Mobile operating system.
