The application enables users to enjoy music on the go even without a connection

A new flavor of the Spotify application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone 8 devices, namely version 2.0.4933.0, which brings the software out of the beta testing phase.

With Spotify on their Windows Phone devices, users can enjoy a world of music while on the go, being able to search, explore, and play a wide range of songs.

Users can also opt in for the Spotify Premium service, which provides them with access to millions of tracks from the Spotify library. A free trial for the service is available to all those interested in taking it for a spin.

“If you haven’t tried Premium before, you can try it on your mobile for 48 hours, completely free. You don’t even need to enter credit card details. Simply download the app and log in,” Spotify explains.

“If 48-hours isn’t enough, you can extend your trial by 30 days by following the details in the email we send you when you log in.”

The Spotify application for Windows Phone also allows for songs to be listened to even when a connection is not available, courtesy of an offline mode.

The features list of the application also includes:
