One of the most popular music services, Spotify has just updated its Android client with new features and fixes meant to offer an even smoother multimedia experience.

With the latest version of Spotify, Android users will be able to filter and sort their playlists and tracks. Aside from this new feature, developers have included some bug fixes as well:

- Fixed: When returning to your playlist view, you’ll always go back to the same position; - Fixed: No more crashing when faced with special character$ in usernames; - Fixed: When you next log in, Spotify will remember what you'd been listening to.

Spotify 0.6.0.17 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
