An updated version of the Spotify application is now available for download for the owners of Android devices, with some appealing small enhancements packed inside.

According to the release notes, the new app iteration enables users to filter sub-genres in Browse, while also bringing along an extended releases section.

Furthermore, the software update comes with a series of fixes inside, so as to resolve some of the bugs that were found in the previous flavor.

With Spotify on their devices, users can enjoy their music while on the go. The app is free to download and install, yet unlimited access to the Spotify service requires a subscription.

“If you haven’t tried Premium before, you can try it for 48-hours, completely free. Just download the app and log in using your Facebook account,” Spotify notes.
