14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Space Rhino Games has just announced its spiritual successor to Starcraft II mod Squadron Tower Defense, Breach TD is now available on iOS platform.
Breach TD is a tower defense game that mixes action and real-time strategy elements, along with MOBA-like gameplay. That's quite a lot of elements mixed together, but Breach TD promises to take tower defense genre one step further.
The game was started as a crowdfunded project on Kickstarter, which fortunately was successfully funded. Many other mobile projects don't end up well.
Anyway, Breach TD promised high-quality graphics, “furious tower defense action,” as well as challenging strategic combat, which you rarely find on mobile.
In Breach TD, players need to defend their Bastion tower from Void monsters. In order to do that, you will employ the help of 4 out of 20 possible Guardians that you can choose. You will also be able to play Battle Cards and Mercenaries while defending your tower.
3 vs 3 multiplayer mode coming soon
Keep in mind that the enemy attacks two worlds at a time, so the player who fails gets consumed by the Void, thus losing the tug of war. In order to successfully defend against your attackers, you will have to weaken the opposing team's forces.
As the game progresses, players are able to deploy Mercenaries to defend their lanes or to overwhelm the opposing team.

You can now download Breach TD for iOS for free via App Store. The game should be compatible with all devices running iOS 7.0 and up.
