S Mobility has just announced the immediate availability of another low-budget Android smartphone, the Smart Flo Mi-351.
The device offers dual-SIM connectivity, along with Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and GPS. Sadly,
Spice Smart Flo Mi-351 does not feature 3G connectivity, but it’s quite understandable for such an affordable smartphone.
According to
AndroidOS, Spice Smart Flo Mi-351 is now available for purchase in India for only Rs 3,700 outright, which is about $70 or €50. Check it out

The smartphone ships with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box and packs a 1GHz single-core processor.
Furthermore, the device sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display, 256MB of RAM, 512MB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
There’s also a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with video recording and a secondary VGA front-facing camera for video calls.
