The smartphone will be available for $260/€195 outright

Shortly after launching the Spice Stellar Nhance Mi-435 in India, S Mobility handset maker announced the upcoming availability of the its Mi-530 phablet.

The smartphone is meant to compete with Micromax A116 Canvas HD and Karbonn S1 Titanium, though it comes with older software.

According to AndroidOS, Spice Mi-530 will be available in India for Rs 13,900 outright (260/€195) and it will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system onboard. Check it out here.

The other two models that the Mi-530 is competing against will be launched with Jelly Bean platform straight out of the box.

Furthermore, Spice Mi-530 boasts a huge 5.3-inch qHD IPS capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution.

It also sports an 8-megapixel rear photo snapper, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

Hardware-wise, Spice Mi-530 comes equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, as well as 1GB of RAM. Dual-SIM (3G+3G) capability is included as well.
