Spice Girls to Reunite Before Scary's Wedding to Eddie

News that the five girls/women that were once part of the most outstanding girldband ever have been heard so often since they broke up. Either it was Victoria 'Posh Spice' Beckham the one that came with the idea and Geri 'Ginger Spice' Halliwell has opposed to it, either it was somebody else, the bottom line being that the so-long-waited-for reunion never took place.

The Spice Girls have gotten into all the headlines again, once Melanie 'Scary Spice' Brown hooked up with America's most beloved funnyman Eddie Murphy. First, rumor was heard that the two were planning to get married but Murphy strongly denied it, saying that their relationship is serious but they are not considering marriage at this point.

Now, a new rumor is being heard and it somehow manages to combine both aspects of the issue: Mel B is getting married and the Spice Girls are going to reunite. According to reports from the media, Melanie sent invitations to her former band mates, asking them to join her in their home town for a party that is to be held before she walks down the isle with the comedian.

The date of the reunion is being kept well under wraps, sources claim, but it is supposed to take place before her November wedding to Murphy. The same sources say that she is planning to talk to the girls about a future collaboration, musically speaking, in order to make the band's spectacular comeback, some time in 2007.

'Mel hasn't even had time to see Geri's baby daughter and is really looking forward to it. At the moment she is trying to confirm the right date in everyone's diaries as they are all just so busy. She wants to talk seriously with them all about the possibility of working together sometime next year', somebody from the 'inside' told Britain's 'Daily Mail'.
