Spencer Pratt Is Crazy, Pulls Gun on Friend

It’s been many weeks that rumor about Spencer Pratt’s controlling ways and odd behavior first emerged – and his separation from wife Heidi Montag is doing nothing in terms of putting it to rest. On the contrary actually, for Radar Online has managed to get a hold of a former friend of Pratt’s who says the reality star pulled a gun on him out of the blue.

Of course, they did not see each other after the incident, which occurred just recently. Events culminating to this particular scene included Spencer barring Heidi from leaving the house and the two spending increased amounts of time indoors, engaging in what the unnamed friend calls “bizarre antics.” Still, these threatened no one from outside their relationship, the spy says, but all that came to change when Spencer came outside the house brandishing a gun.

“Spencer and Heidi ordered one thousand dollars in just munchies from Gelsons Market and had it delivered to their house. One time they asked me to go pick up food for them and I was an hour late getting it back to their house. Spencer unleashed on me. He pulled a Glock [pistol] on me at the door and called me a loser and a charity case. He started talking like a gangster and threatening me. He was out of control. That was back in March and it was the last time I spoke to him,” the friend, who chooses to remain anonymous, says for Radar.

“According to the source, Heidi just stood by during most of Spencer’s explosive tantrums. ‘She’s a really nice girl but definitely brainwashed,’ the source told Radar Online. ‘She couldn’t do anything without Spencer. They don’t talk to their families. We were surprised she was even able to get away from him.’ As Radar Online reported, Heidi announced her separation from Pratt last week and is moving in with her friend Jennifer Bunney this summer while the two film their new show,” the paparazzi and celebrity gossip website also writes.

As we also reported on a previous occasion, this is not the first time that word gets out in the media (the tabloids, in particular) that Pratt is “brainwashing” his wife, severing her ties with all her family and friends, and assuming total control over her life. Speaking with People earlier today, Heidi confirmed that she was, indeed, separated from Spencer but would address none of the above claims made in the media.
