14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Jaeger and Valve announced that Spec Ops: The Line is at the moment available for sale on the Steam digital distribution service with a 75 percent reduction in its official price.
The offer is set to end at 10 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday.
The developers state on its official page that, " It’s been 6 months since Dubai was wiped off the map by a cataclysmic sandstorm. Thousands of lives were lost, including those of American soldiers sent to evacuate the city. Today, the city lies buried under sand, the world’s most opulent ruin."
Spec Ops: The Line is a third person shooter that manages to evolve past the limits of the genre in order to offer a complex story, solid gameplay and interesting moral choices for the player.
The game created a controversy on launch and the team that created it wants to explore similar idea in its upcoming projects.
