Britney Spears Tops Mr. Blackwell's 'Worst Dressed' List

While Kate Moss is being named the best-dressed woman of 2005, American singer Britney Spears snagged the top spot Tuesday in Mr. Blackwell's 46th annual "Worst Dressed" list for wearing clothes that he said made her look like an "over-the-hill Lolita." That's quite bad for a popstar like Britney...

The blonde diva beat out bohemian teen tycoon Mary-Kate Olsen. Blackwell called Olsen's clothes "bag lady rags" and "depressingly decayed."

Other offenders on Blackwell's list of fashion flops included Eva Langoria, Jessica Simpson, Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Renee Zellweger.
"It's time to sack the stylist and divorce the designer, she resembles a cut-rate Rapunzel slingin' hash in a Vegas diner!", Blackwell bitched about recently divorced Jessica Simpson. As for Paris Hilton, she thinks she's "Hot? I think not!". Blackwell continues saying Hilton "still looks like yesterday's cheesecake ... with a side of kitsch."

Lohan is "drowning in grown-up groaners," he said, while Zellweger looks like "a painted pumpkin on a pogo stick."
Also getting the thumbs down was Shakira, whom Blackwell declared "hopeless."

Blackwell apparently took no pity and spared no puns for some of the year's tabloid fixtures. "2005 turned out to be a particularly bad year for couture chaos, wardrobe wrecks and stylistic sleaze," Blackwell said.
