Sparkle Bundles Overclocked GeForce GT with 3D Vision

Sparkle bundles GeForce GT 240 graphics cards with NVIDIA 3D Vision

Sparkle has announced that it is bundling a number of custom-designed NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards with the NVIDA 3D Vision kit. The GeForce GT 240 GDDR5 OC Edition Series Graphics Cards will now be available in a bundle with 3D Vision with Power Pack, in order for mainstream users to take full advantage of NVIDIA PhysX and 3D, for a full stereoscopic 3D experience. The 3D Vision with power Pack is a combination of 3D Vision discover glasses and advanced software, all seamlessly taken advantage of thanks to the overclocked GeForce cards.

The two series that make up the GeForce GT 240 GDDR5 OC Edition Series are the SPARKLE GeForce GT 240 GDDR5 OC Edition Graphics Cards and the Calibre X240/X240G Graphics Cards. The former has the GeForce GT 240 GPU running at 561MHz, the 512MB or 1GB GDDR5 operating at 3400MHz and a shader clock of 1371MHz.

These cards have a 128-bit memory interface and 96 stream processors. As for the latter series, the cards use the same GPU, but at a higher clock, namely of 630MHz. Also, the 512MB or 1GB GDDR5 runs at 3600MHz, with the shader clock set at 1677MHz. The memory interface and number of stream processors is unchanged.

With the powerful OC features, the SPARKLE GeForce GT 240 GDDR5 OC Edition Series Graphics Cards and Calibre X240/X240G Graphics Cards tear through complex DirectX 10 and DirectX 10.1 environments and cinematic effects at blazing frame rates in extreme HD resolutions,” the official press release states.

Both cards have HDMI, DVI and CRT outputs and may be studied in detail on the company's official website.
