According to a SPARKLE press release these video cards come with innovative Nvidia technologies like the "Lumenex Engine, providing support for DirectX 10 Shader Model 4.0", the "Quantum Effects technology for physics computation" and the GigaThread technology that is designed to increase the processing efficiency "in advanced, next generation shader programs".

SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT graphics cards come with chips using high core speeds of 540MHz and 450MHz and generous amount of video memory that too has a high running frequency (256MB and 512MB 1400MHz GDDR3). For the best gaming experience with the latest 3D games these video cards come with advanced shader units that reach 1190MHz, being backed up by 16 or 32 stream processors. "SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards join the previously announced SPARKLE GeForce 8 series graphic cards, rounding out the product family. "said Kevin Wang, sales director of SPARKLE Computer Co., Ltd. "Helped with native HDMI supports in GPUs, the new state-of-the-art SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT Graphic Cards will enable consumers to enjoy HD DVD an Blu-ray movies on their big screen HDTV with only one cable connection."

Built to use the new and fast PCI-Express 16X slot, SPARKLE video cards are ready for gaming computers centered on performance and image quality as they support the SLI mode that can deliver up to two times the performance of a single video card. High resolution support of 1920 X 1080i, combined with the native multiple outputs like HDTV, HDMI, DVI and S/PDIF make from the SPARKLE GeForce 8600 GT and GeForce 8500 GT valuable acquisition for any home entertainment center.
