The spam messages that are assaulting our inboxes are now trying to exploit the fear of war and encourage users to click on the malicious links. It seems like numerous spam messages are now announcing several missile strikes in Iran and are sustaining that the United States had started the World War III. According to F-Secure, "A large amount of malicious e-mail has been sent with subjects suggesting a missile strike on civilian targets in Iran. The files are detected at the moment with update 2007-04-08_02 as: Email-Worm.Win32.Zhelatin.cq."

It seems like the spam messages are displaying multiple war-related phrases such as: "USA Just Have Started World War III. Missle Strike: The USA kills more then 20000 Iranian citizens. Israel Just Have Started World War III. USA Missile Strike: Iran War just have started."

Earlier this day, I wrote another article concerning the spam activity, informing you that the US is the country that launches the biggest amount of unwanted emails to millions of inboxes from all around the world. Generally, the users have no chance of blocking these messages unless the security companies develop a powerful solution able to block them.

However, the spam messages are surely representing an easy way to advertise a product or just disturb other Internet users. In the recent period, the authorities from several countries in the world started a powerful offensive to arrest spammers and block their attempts to send unwanted messages. For example, Singapore is one of the countries that are now trying to promote tougher punishments for all illegal Internet activities. After numerous spammers were already arrested, the spam level is quite the same as before with even more damaging results.
