14 DAY TRIAL // Periscope Audio Lab is offering SpaceSampler for iPhone and iPad, a 1 dollar app (0.79 EUR) that does smart audio convolution.
With SpaceSampler you can record voice, then apply filters from real acoustic spaces and equipment, and finally share the results via e-mail, MAPI Audio Copy, Dropbox or SoundCloud.
After recording the audio, users can select between high-quality filters, or Impulse Responses (IRs), that have been captured from real gear and acoustic spaces. You can set the mix “creating realistic, unusual or far-out effects for any type of audio source,” says Periscope Audio Lab.
SpaceSampler is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or later.
